摘要
DSM-5在吸取智力障碍研究最新进展的基础上,对智力障碍的名称、适应功能的结构和诊断标准、分类标准、评估方式、障碍发生时间等方面做出了调整。DSM-5的变化表明:加强对智力的适应功能的概念建构,开发有效的评估工具以及改进评估方法对于智力障碍的科学诊断具有重要意义。
Based on the advancement in the research on intellectual disability, the diagnostic criteria for intellectual disability in DSM - 5 has been revised on term, structure and diagnosis standard of adaptive functioning, classification, assessment procedure, and time of onset et al. The modifications in DSM -5 reflect the importance of construction of adaptive functioning in the defini- tion of intellectual disability, development of valid assessment measures, and improvement of assessment procedure for a scientific diagnosis of intellectual disability.
