身体功能训练在啦啦操运动中的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 以身体功能训练理念为切入点,以FMS测试与啦啦操专项技术特征为基础,运用实验法以测试→诊断→训练干预→反馈实施→测试→评价为研究主线,以身体功能训练和传统体能训练方法对实验组和对照组进行为期八周四个阶段的训练干预,旨在为啦啦操专项体能训练提供新的思路和方法。通过本实验研究得出结论如下:1.训练干预前,造成FMS测试项目得分较低的原因主要有:躯干稳定性、髋关节、踝关节灵活性差以及膝关节稳定性不足;2.经过训练干预,两组受试者在FMS测试得分上均有所提高,实验组总体得分较对照组高,分数提高幅度大,不对称动作解决率、预防损伤表现方面均优于对照组。在本实验条件下,身体功能训练对FMS测试结果的影响大于传统体能训练;3.无论是传统体能训练还是身体功能训练方法均能促进啦啦操专项发展,实验组技巧啦啦操进步大于对照组。 With the body functional training concept as the breakthrough point,this study is based on Functional Movement Screen testing and the professional technical features about cheerleading. The main line is from testing to diagnosing,training intervention,feedback the implementation,testing and evaluation. Using experimental research methods,we trained test group and control group with functional and traditional training ways in 8 weeks,which divided into 4 steps,aimed to improve the professional training ideas and methods. The results are as follows: 1. Before the training test,the reason why the FMS test score is low mainly because of the weak on body stablility,the inflexibility on hip and ankle,and the lack on knee stablility. 2. Both of the two groups have improved the performance on FMS test,the score and the increasing width of test group is higher,the solution rate of asymmetric movement and the performance on prevent injury are all better than the control group. The influence on functional training is bigger than traditional training about FMS test results under this experiment. 3. Both of the two methods can improve the performance on cheerleading,but compare with the two groups,the progress of test group is bigger than control group in skilled cheerleading,but the result on dance cheerleading is on the contrary.
