师范院校体育资源服务社会研究

Research on Normal Colleges Sports Resources Services Society

通过文献资料等方法对我国师范院校体育资源服务社会进行研究,对师范院校体育资源的内涵、特点及社会意义进行了分析,旨在深入认识师范院校体育资源,并促进其服务社会。研究认为:师范院校体育资源服务社会既具有一般大学的共性特点,又具有自身个体独特的特点。共性特点包括有服务社会的职能和具有服务社会的条件;个性特点包括体育人力资源优势明显,体育场馆资源较为充足。师范院校体育资源服务社会的意义是:有利于推动中小学校体育场馆向社会开放,有利于积累大学体育资源服务社会的经验,有利于全民健身计划的实施,有利于师范院校自身发展。师范院校体育资源服务社会的开发路径包括:制定相应的法律和制度作保障,利用多种经营主体进行资源开发,学校根据自身特点提供社会服务,学校通过不断优化体育资源提供更好的服务。

Through literature and other methods research on Normal College sports resource services society,aims to depth understanding of Normal College sport resources and promote their service to the society. Studies suggest that： normal Colleges sports resources common characteristics include a beautiful campus environment,with social services functions and conditions of service to the society;personality features include human resources has obvious advantages,more adequate sport playground and stadiums. The significance of Normal Colleges sports resources service society are that： promote primary and secondary school sports facilities open to the public,help to accumulate of experiences of common college,Facilitate the implementation of the National Fitness Program,help to their own development on Normal Universities. Put forward the developing path： enact corresponding legal and institutional guarantee,use multiple operators to develop resource,according to their own characteristics schools provide social services,through continuous optimize physical resources schools provide better services.
