新疆哈萨克族摔跤运动发展研究

Study on the Development of Xinjiang Kazakh Wrestling

运用实地调查法、访谈法等方法对新疆哈萨克族摔跤运动进行研究。研究表明:新疆哈萨克族摔跤运动历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚,主要分为套袋摔跤、马上摔跤、自由摔跤、竞技摔跤等,其具有一定的娱乐性、竞技性和宗教文化色彩等特点。调查发现近年来新疆哈萨克族各类摔跤赛事开展广泛、部分学校开展形式良好,但各地区哈萨克族竞赛摔跤规则不统一、群众缺少专业教练指导、基础练习设施缺乏等在一定程度上阻碍了哈萨克族摔跤运动的良好发展。主要结论:应大力弘扬新疆哈萨克族传统摔跤文化,建立更加完善的哈萨克族竞赛摔跤规则,积极推进哈萨克族摔跤运动校园开展及相关师资队伍的培训与建设等,创新发展努力使新疆哈萨克族摔跤运动走向更大的舞台。

Using field survey method,interviews and other methods to study Xinjiang Kazakh wrestling. Research shows that： Xinjiang Kazak wrestling sports has a long history,profound culture,mainly divided into bagging wrestling,horse wrestling,freestyle wrestling,competitive wrestling,which has a certain entertainment,competition,cultural and religious color and other characteristics. The survey found that in recent years in Xinjiang Kazakh all kings of wrestling events carried out widely,part of the school carried out in the form of good,but the regional Kazakh wrestling contest rules are not uniform,the masses lack of professional coaching,lack of basic training facilities,to some extent hindered the development of Kazak wrestling. The main conclusion： we should vigorously promote Xinjiang Kazakh traditional wrestling culture,build a more perfect Kazakh wrestling game rules,actively promote Kazak wrestling sports campus development and relevant teaching staff training and the construction,innovation and development to make Xinjiang Kazakh wrestling to the greater stage.
