摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞是继糖尿病性视网膜病变之后第二个常见的视网膜血管性疾病,它的病因和发病机制目前仍不十分清楚,黄斑水肿和视网膜缺血是患者视力下降的主要原因。本文从药物、激光和手术方面阐述了视网膜静脉阻塞的治疗近况,并提出了视网膜静脉阻塞未来治疗的展望。
Retinal vein occlusion is the second most common retinal vascular disease after diabetic retinopathy.The etiology and pathogenesis is still unclear.Macular edema and retinal ischemia is the main cause of vision loss.The article illustrates the advancement of retinal vein occlusion treated with medicine,laser and surgical treatment and mentions the prospects in the future.
