Discussion on feasibility and budget management of maintaining laboratory and work operation project in a public institution

目的了解实验室及工作维持运转项目的可行性与预算管理,确保项目的顺利开展。方法以某国家事业单位实验室及工作维持运转项目为实例,对该项目可行性、项目预算形成机制及运转执行情况开展分析。结果实验室及工作维持运转项目具有技术可行性和组织可行性,预算经费运转情况整体良好,执行率均在95.0%以上,但分项之间存在差异。结论通过对该项目运转的可行性与经费预算管理的分析,指出预算管理存在问题及原因,并提出了改进和完善的建议,为今后该项目的良好运转提供指导。

Objective To understand the feasibility and budget management of maintaining laboratory and work operation project,so as to ensure smooth implementation of the project. Methods Analysis was made on the feasibility,the formation mechanism and the implementation of budgetary resources with the example of maintaining laboratory and work operation project in a national public institution. Results Maintaining laboratory and work operation project was technically and organizationally feasible,and budgetary resources worked well with the budget implementation efficiency surpassing95.0%,but there were differences between the sub-items. Conclusion There are some problems in budget management of maintaining laboratory and work operation project,and improvements should be made.
