2015年洛阳市吉利区15~69岁居民糖尿病患病及其危险因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解洛阳市吉利区居民糖尿病患病及其危险因素,为开展综合防控提供科学依据。方法 2015年5~6月采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取吉利区15~69岁常住居民2 964人进行横断面调查。单因素分析用χ2检验,多因素分析用非条件Logistic回归。结果15~69岁常住居民糖尿病粗患病率10.12%,标化后9.24%,其中男性8.60%,女性9.88%(P〉0.05);40岁及以上人群糖尿病患病率程上升趋势,不同年龄差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);城区、农村居民糖尿病患病率分别为10.69%和11.82%(P〉0.05);农村、城镇居民糖尿病患病率分别为11.82%和10.69%(P〈0.01);高中及以上学历居民糖尿病患病率低于初中及以下学历(P〈0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析:家族史(OR=3.49,P〈0.01)、重度吸烟(OR=2.59,P〈0.01)、患高血压者(OR=2.48,P〈0.01)、和超重肥胖(OR=2.15,P〈0.01)是糖尿病的主要危险因素;足量运动(OR=0.24,P〈0.01)、高文化程度(OR=0.42,P〈0.01)对糖尿病有保护作用。结论洛阳市吉利区15~69岁居民糖尿病发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势。 Objective To understand the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and its risk factors in Jili district,Luoyang city,so as to provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control. Methods During May-June,2015,the multistage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to collect 2 964 people among 15 to 69-year-old permanent residents in Jili district to conduct a cross-sectional survey.Univariate analysis was used forχ2 test,multivariate analysis was used for unconditional Logistic regression. Results The crude diabetes prevalence rate was 10.12% among 15-69 years old permanent residents,9.24% after standardization,males,8.60%,females,9.88%(P 〉0.05).Among 40 years old and above,the prevalence rate of diabetes course was in an upward trend,with significant differences in different ages(P 〈0.01).Among urban and rural residents,the prevalence of diabetes was respectively 10.69% and 11.82%(P 〉0.05).Among rural and suburban residents,that was respectively 11.82% and 10.69%(P〈0.01).That was lower among those senior high school and above education than that among those with junior high school and below education(P〈0.01)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history(OR =3.49,P 〈0.01),heavy smoking(OR =2.59,P 〈0.01),patients with hypertension(OR =2.48,P 〈0.01),overweight and obesity(OR =2.15,P 〈0.01)were major risk factors for diabetes;sufficient exercise(OR =0.24,P 〈0.01)and higher education(OR =0.42,P 〈0.01)had protection from diabetes. Conclusion The prevalence age among residents aged 15 to 69shows a younger tendency in Jili district,Luoyang city.
