凹陷型胃癌抑酸治疗后假性愈合2例

摘要 近年来，我国胃癌的发病率和死亡率居高不下，早诊断、早治疗是改善胃癌预后的根本方法。然而，胃癌早期多表现为非特异性消化不良症状，患者就诊时常被经验性给予抑酸治疗（质子泵抑制剂或H2受体阻滞剂），而未行胃镜检查，从而延误诊断。本文就2例凹陷型胃癌抑酸治疗后假性愈合患者进行讨论。
