结直肠癌中Girdin和Akt1蛋白的表达及临床意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的检测Girdin和Akt1在结直肠癌中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测135例结直肠癌组织和40例正常结直肠组织中Girdin和Akt1蛋白的表达情况。结果Girdin和Akt1在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为38.5%和51.1%,均明显高于正常结直肠组织中的15.0%和20.0%(P<0.05)。Girdin和Akt1在结直肠癌组织中的表达与患者的年龄、性别比、肿瘤大小、组织分级无关(P>0.05),而与结直肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况密切相关(P<0.05)。Girdin和Akt1的表达在结直肠癌中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Girdin和Akt1可能参与结直肠癌的发生发展和转移,联合检测其表达情况有助于判断结直肠癌的恶性程度和预后。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Girdin and Aktl in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and to explore their correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression levels of Girdin and Aktlprotein were detected by immunohistochemistry (EnVision two - step method) in 135 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 40 cases of normal colorectal tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Girdin and Aktl in colorectal carcinoma tissues were 38.5% and 51.1% ,respectively, which were significantly higher than those ( 15.0% and 20.0% ) in normal colorectal tissues ( P 〈 0.05). The expression levels of Girdin and Aktl in colorectal carcinoma tissues were not correlated to patientg age, sex, tumor size and histolgical classification ( P 〉0.05), however, which were closeIy related with the depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma( P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover the expression levels of of Girdin were positively correlated to those of Aktl in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion Girdin and Aktl may be involved in the pathogenesis, development and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. The combination detection of Girdin with Aktl is helpful to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
