老年心脑血管病患者亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因多态性与血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸水平的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨老年心脑血管病患者亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、叶酸、维生素B12的关系。方法检测104例老年心脑血管病患者的MTHFRC667T基因多态性,血清HCY、叶酸、维生素B12水平,分析老年心脑血管病患者MTHFRC667T基因多态性与血清HCY、叶酸、维生素B12水平的关系。结果老年心脑血管病患者中MTHFRC667基因野生型(CC型)比例为20.19%,杂合突变型(CT型)和纯合突变型(TT型)比例为79.81%,心脑血管病组CT/TT型比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;血浆HCY与叶酸、维生素B12水平呈负相关(P<0.05),TT型的叶酸、维生素B12明显低于CC型(P<0.05),TT型、CT型的血HCY浓度高于CC型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年心脑血管患者MTHFR基因多态性与血浆HCY有一定关系,且血HCY与叶酸、维生素B12呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between gene polymorphism of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and serum folate and homocysteine (HCY) in elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The gene polymorphism of MTHFR and serum levels of folate, homocysteine and Vitamin B12 were detected in 104 elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the correlation between gene polymorphism of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and the serum levels of folate, homocysteine, Vitamin B12 was analyzed. Results The proportion of MTHFRC667 gene wild type ( CC type), heterozygosis mutant type ( CT type) and homozygosis mutant type (TT type) was 20.19%, 36.5% , 43.3% , respectively. The proportion of CT/Tr in case group was 38.5% ,61.5%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in control group. The levels of plasma HCY were negatively correlated to those of folate and Vitamin B12 ( P 〈0.05). The levels of folate and Vitamin B12 in TT type were significantly lower than those in CC type ( P 〈 0.05 ), however, the plasma levels of HCY in TF type and CT type were significantly higher than those in CC type ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MTHFR gene polymorphism in eiderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has a certain correlation with plasma HCY, moreover, which is negatively correlated to folate , HCY and Vitamin B12.
