摘要 采用原位聚合的工艺,制备出含磷阻燃共聚酯/Ba SO4纳米复合材料。运用高速纺POY-DTY二步法技术,生产出阻燃共聚酯纳米复合材料DTY长丝。根据纤维加工工艺与力学性能的关系,制定并优化了各项加工参数。结果表明,由于共聚酯纳米复合材料的熔点低于常规聚酯,因此纺丝的加工温度和纺速应降低,并适当降低冷却风速;DTY长丝加工变形温度为190℃,拉伸倍数为1.58,加工速度确定为500 m/min。阻燃纤维的强力和断裂伸长率比普通PET纤维有所下降,氧指数达到30.5,具有良好的阻燃效果。 Using the process of in-situ polymerization,the phosphorus containing flame-retardant copolyester/Ba SO4 nanocomposite was prepared.The DTY filament was produced with POY-DTY two step technology.According to the relationship between fiber processing technology and mechanical properties,the formulation and the processing parameters have been optimized.The results showed that the melting point of the material was reduced,the spinning temperature,speed and air blasting should be properly adopted.The machining deformation temperature of DTY filament was 190℃,draw ratio was 1.58 and processing speed was 500 m/min.The strength and breaking elongation of the filament were declined compared with those of the ordinary polyester fibers.The LOI value was 30.5 and flame retardant effect was excellent.
