摘要
本文针对日常试验分析中用不锈钢分析方法测定沉淀硬化不锈钢中钼、铝、镍含量时,钼、铝含量数据重现性差,镍含量超出标准要求的情况,对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定沉淀硬化不锈钢中钼、铝、镍的方法进行了研究,基于等离子体发射光谱法快速、简便、灵敏度高和选择性好的优点,通过对基体与共存元素干扰的分析,选择了分析谱线和观测方向,通过加标回收率试验以及对标准样品与实际样品中钼、铝、镍的测定,该方法回收率在99.0%~100.3%之间,标准样品测定结果与认可值吻合较好,RSD均小于5%(n=8),该方法提高了沉淀硬化不锈钢中钼、铝、镍同时测定的准确度与精密度,具有简便、快速、准确、稳定等优点。
In this report the daily experimental analysis of stainless steel analysis method for the simultaneous determination of nickel molybdenum aluminum in precipitation hardening stainless steel,molybdenum aluminum content data reproducibility is poor,nickel content beyond standard requirements,for ICP-OES method for the simultaneous determination of precipitation hardening stainless steel nickel molybdenum aluminum method was optimized,based on the ICP-OES method is quick and simple with high sensitivity and selectivity is good,based on the matrix and the interference of coexisting elements analysis,select analysis spectral line and the direction of the observation,through the recovery rate experiment as well as the standard samples and practical samples in determination of nickel molybdenum aluminum,the recovery rates of this method are between 99.0%-100.3%,and good agreement was achieved between the found levels and the certified values,relative standard deviations are less than5%(n = 8),the method improves the simultaneous determination of nickel molybdenum aluminum in precipitation hardening stainless steel with accuracy and precision,this method with the advantages of being simple 、rapid、accurate and stable.
