一种新型原油污水处理装置设计

摘要 传统的沉降除油罐对10~30μm之间悬浮污油处理效果不佳。根据比悬浮颗粒直径小的气泡能对其产生有效地吸附作用的原理,在沉降除油罐中,增加弹簧释放器装置,产生大量直径约为1μm微小气泡,达到吸附含10~30μm油粒子的目的;现场试验结果表明:该装置能将除油率提升至80%,处理的污水达到国家排放标准。 The traditional settlement in addition to the oil tank of 10 ~ 30 μm suspended between the sewage treatment effect is poor.According to to produce effective adsorption of the principle of the suspended particles small diameter of bubble,in the settlement tank in addition to increase the spring release device,produced with a diameter of about 1 m of tiny bubbles,reached the adsorption with the purpose of 10 ~ 30 μm oil particle; field test show that the device can the oil removal rate of up to 80%,the treated sewage reached the national emission standards.
