摘要
针对某制药企业综合废水具有悬浮物含量高、成份复杂、污染种类多的特点,本工程采用Fenton氧化工艺-UASB反应器针对中药废水进行处理,COD平均去除率可达97.94%。实践结果表明:该工艺对综合制药废水有比较好的处理效果,具有占地面积小、投资少、污染物去除率高、运行成本低的特点,可达到国家排放标准要求,为我国同类制药生产企业废水污染防治提供了良好的借鉴。
As wastewater from a Synthetically pharmaceutical company has the characteristics of high content of suspended solids,complicated compositions and many kinds of pollutants,this project adopts the Fenton oxidation process-UASB reactor to deal with traditional Chinese medicine and the removal rate of COD reaches 97.94%.Practice results indicate that the technology of synthetic pharmacy wastewater has the advantages of good treatment effect,small occupied area,less investment,high removal rate of pollutants,low operation costs and meeting the state discharge standard,which provides a good reference for water pollution prevention and control of similar pharmaceutical wastewater production enterprises in our country.
