摘要
建立不同造型的微观织构柱塞泵配流副润滑油膜控制方程,采用有限差分法对其进行了求解,分别对比分析正方形、三角形、圆柱形、波浪形、球冠形微观织构的油膜负载能力等润滑特性;随转速变化,微观织构对其油膜负载力、油膜厚度、摩擦力等影响。随转速升高,流体动压压力升高,但并不是线性关系。

Furthermore, the oil film lubrication character- istics of the square, triangular, cylindrical, wave shaped, spherical cap shaped micro texture etc. are respectively analysed; Along with the rotating speed change, the oil film load capacity, oil film thickness and friction, are effected by different microtexture. With the relative speed increasing, the hydrodynamic pressure of oil film will in- crease. However, it is not a linear relationship between the speed and hydrodynamic pressure.
