摘要
对低压催化加氢法提高乙二醇紫外透过率(UV值)侧线试验进行了研究,考察了反应温度、液时空速、H2体积流量和床层压力对乙二醇UV值的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为120℃,液时空速为7 h-1,H2体积流量为1.0 L/min,床层压力为0.3 MPa的条件下,催化剂连续运行30 d后,乙二醇含水料在220,250,275,350nm处的UV值从61.4%,69.1%,80.1%和96.1%分别增加至85%,88%,92%和99%左右并保持稳定;醛的质量浓度从16.5 mg/L下降到2.7 mg/L,表明催化剂有较高的催化活性和稳定性。加氢后的乙二醇含水料经过脱水精馏,所得成品乙二醇的UV值分别达到88.6%,92.4%,96.8%和100%,醛的质量浓度为1.2 mg/L,各项指标均明显优于国标优级品。
Plant side stream test of low pressure catalytic hydrogenation was used to increase the ultraviolet light transmittance (UV value) of ethylene glycol. The effects of reaction temperature, liquid hourly space velocity, hydrogen volume flow and pressure on UV value were studied. The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 100℃, the liquid hourly space velocity was 7 h^-1, the hydrogen volume flow was 1.0 L/min, the pressure was 0.3 MPa, and the catalytic hydrogenation reaction time was 30 d, the UV values of ethylene glycol at 220, 250, 275 and 350 nm were improved from 61.4%, 69.1%, 80.1%, 96.1% to 85%, 88%, 92%, 99%, respectively;the mass concentration of aldehyde was reduced from 16.5 mg/L to 2.7 mg/L. The plant side stream test results indicated that the catalyst had higher activity and stability. The UV values of ethylene glycol product were 88.6%, 92.4%, 96.8 and 100% , and the mass concentration of aldehyde was 1.2 mg/L after rectification of EG with water content, and all the indexes were superior to the national standard of premium grade product.
