长春拖拉机厂在长春经济发展中曾占重要地位,然而由于历史原因工厂因无法维持正常经营正式破产,厂区内的大量工业厂址、建筑及设施不断被遗弃和荒废.长春拖拉机厂所具有的历史价值、技术价值、社会意义、科学研究价值和文化价值长期被人们所忽略.本文通过对厂区内现存建、构筑物及周边区域空间的初步调查研究,对长春拖拉机厂及周边区域空间进行更新改造设计.

Changchun tractor factory still an important role in economic development in Changchun, however, due to historical reasons, the factory can not maintain the normal operation of bankruptcy. So in the plant site, a large number of industrial buildings and facilities have been abandoned and desolate. The historical value, technological value, social significance, scientific research value and cultural value of the tractor factory in Changchun have long been neglected by people. This article through to the factory existing building, structures, and the surrounding area space of preliminary investigation and study, to update the Changchun tractor factory and the surrounding area space design.
