摘要
门窗现场气密性能与水密性能检测系统是一个复杂的闭环控制系统,其精确的数学模型的建立目前还无法实现。用常规的PID算法实现静压箱体压力的控制,稳定性较差,抗干扰能力不强,有抖动现象,很难达到较为理想的控制效果。针对这些问题,在VC++开发环境下设计了一套应用自适应PID算法控制箱体压力的测控软件,应用自适应PID控制技术,针对不同工况,通过自整定的PID参数控制执行机构,实现了较优的控制效果。
The detection system of the air tightness and water tightness performance of windows and doors is a complex closed-loop control sys- tem. Its precise mathematical model is still not achieved. The conventional PID algorithm is used to control static pressure box, but it has poor stability and anti disturbance ability, also with dithering phenomenon. So, it is difficult to achieve the ideal effect. In order to solve these prob- lems, we designed a set of adaptive PID algorithm to control the pressure of the box in the VC ++ development environment. For different working conditions, through the use of the adaptive PID control technology and self-tuning PID parameter control actuator, we achieve a more optimized control.
