技术创新对地区经济增长质量的驱动作用研究——以合芜蚌地区为例

Study on the function of technological innovation to the quality of regional economic growth ——Taking the He Wu Beng area as example

以2000—2014年合肥、芜湖、蚌埠3个城市的统计数据为依据,根据中央对未来5年我国经济发展的要求,测算出3个城市经济增长质量水平.研究结果表明,在2000—2014年间,3个城市经济增长质量水平均呈连年递增的趋势,在2009年以前,3个城市经济增长质量水平为:合肥>芜湖>蚌埠;2009年以后,经济增长质量水平为:芜湖>合肥>蚌埠.创新驱动力影响因素的研究结果表明,人力资本对合芜蚌地区经济增长质量水平的促进作用最大,科技投入次之,技术进步的影响最小.

Based on the statistical datas of three cities among 2000--2014 years, in according to the remend of China economic development in the next five years, calculates the level of economic growth in three city quality. The results show that in 2000--2014 years, three city economic growth quality are increasing year after year, before 2009, the level of quality of economic growth of three city is Hefei〉Wuhu〉Bengbu, after 2009, the level of quality of economic growth of three city is Wuhu〉Hefei 〉Bengbu. The research results of innovative driving factors show that the effect of human capital have an importantly promoting effect to the level of economic growth quality, the investment in science and technology secondly, and the impact of technological progress is the smallest.
