根据闽东地区经济建设与社会发展现状对电力和电机行业人才的需求,对电气工程及其自动化专业培养模式进行了深化改革和创新研究,提出了相应的人才培养方案和课程体系的改革思路.针对该专业所需的知识结构体系,构建了由通识课程、学科基础课程、专业核心课程及职业拓展课程构成的课程体系和集中实践安排,为该地区应用型人才的培养奠定了基础.

According to the need of electric power and motor talents for Mindong regional economic construction and social development,studies on deep innovation and reforming of training mode for electrical engineering and its automation major.It puts forward corresponding strategy of training talents,course system,and reforming ideas.Aim at the knowledge structure system of this major,builds the course system which composed of general courses, subject courses,professional core courses and professional development courses and practice arrangement,laid a foundation for the cultivation of applied talents for the region.
