论述了实验和实习在生物类创新人才培养中的重要作用,从培养方案、教学大纲、开放实验室建设、教师队伍建设和创新培养激励机制等方面论述了适合生物类创新人才培养的模式.
Experiment and internship play important roles on training for innovative talents of undergraduates related to biology.Discussed the training mode on innovative talents of undergraduates related to biology regarding to amendment of training program and syllabus,construction of the open laboratory training of teachers and the methods for incentive mechanism on training on innovative talents.
