基于DNA序列分析的固有无序蛋白序列特征研究

摘要 固有无序蛋白是一类没有稳定三维结构,却能行使重要生物学功能的蛋白质,广泛参与多种生理与病理过程.目前对固有无序蛋白的研究还停留在蛋白质序列,因此借助混沌可视化模型,首次比较分析了固有无序蛋白有序区和无序区序列对应DNA序列的差异特征.结果表明,固有无序蛋白有序区和无序区在对应DNA序列的碱基组成及二联体核苷酸使用等序列特征存在差异.可为今后固有无序蛋白相关研究提供新思路. Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) are a kind of protein that carry important biological functions but lack of stable three dimensional structure, involved in various physiological and pathologi cal process. The current study of Intrinsically disordered proteins also stay on proteins sequences, using the Chaos game representation model we first studied the differences between disordered and ordered re- gions of IDPs at DNA sequence level. The results show that there are significant differences between disor dered regions and ordered regions in the base composition and dinucleotides composition. Therefore, we hope that this work can provide novel idea for future study of IDPs.
