电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析苦丁茶中的稀土元素 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究仪器条件、同位素选择和氧化物干扰等因素的影响,建立了一种压力密闭消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定苦丁茶中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb和Lu等14种稀土元素的方法,用该方法分析国家茶叶标准物质物质(GBW 07605)中的稀土元素,测定值与标准值相吻合.该方法被用于分析四川和海南两地苦丁茶样品中的稀土元素,得到令人满意的结果. A method was established to determine La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sin, Eu, Gd, Th, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu in Kuding Tea by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Rare earth elements in SRM GBW07605 sample were determined by the developed method and the determined values were agreeable to the certified values. This method was applied to to analyze rare earth elements in Kuding tea real samples from Sichuan and Hainan.
