摘要
通过对5E62铝合金板材冷轧初始态及170℃~240℃/2h退火态力学性能和腐蚀性能的观察和研究,并结合相应状态的微观组织分析,优化5E62合金的加工工艺,并探索其性能和组织随退火温度的变化规律.研究结果表明,随退火温度的升高,5E62合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度增加,但断后伸长率下降,屈服强度比抗拉强度对温度的变化更加敏感,β相的分布由少量变为晶界连续析出,170℃/2h为稳定化退火的最优工艺.
Based on study of microstructure and properties of cold rolling and annealing 5E62 aluminium and electrochemical testanalytical instruments,the prosess of anneal was improved,and the changes of microstructure and properties was researched. The yield strength of cold rolled 5E62 alloy is much more sen- sitive than the tensile strength of the temperature change, as the elevation of stabilizing annealing temperature, the tensile strength, yield strength decreased, but the elongation recovery, 13 phase appears hardly to continuously at numerous grain boundaries, 170℃/2h was the suitable processing.
