Design of Integrated Management System for College Graduate Monitoring Based on Big Data

毕业生就业监测是人才培养生态系统中的一个环节,提高毕业生就业率、就业质量,必须分析相关因素在就业中的作用,通过改善整个人才培养生态环境来彻底解决就业问题.文章在分析大学生毕业就业监测存在问题的基础上,分析了人才培养生态环境各个环节在就业监测中的作用,并借此论述了基于大数据的高校毕业生就业监测综合管理系统的体系结构、数据监测和数据处理,指出了该综合系统的特点和价值.

College graduate monitoring is a part of the talents training ecosystem. To improve the employ- ment rate of graduates and the quality of employment, the role of the relevant factors must be analyzed. The way to completely solve the employment problem is to improve the ecological environment of talents training. The role for all aspects of the talents ecological environment is discussed based on the analyzing the problems of college graduate monitoring. The integrated management system for college graduate mo- nitoring based on big data is designed in this paper and the architecture and data monitoring and data pro- cessing for the system is described. In the end, the characteristics and value of the integrated system is re- presented.
