摘要
本文对某蒸汽燃气联合循环电站余热锅炉烟气阻力计算值低于运行值的原因进行了分析,发现苏联《锅炉设备空气动力计算(标准方法)》中圆形翅片管束阻力计算公式不适于计算螺旋翅片管束的烟气阻力;通过对曹家甡公式、Weierman公式、何法江公式和茹卡乌斯卡斯公式与原苏联《锅炉设备空气动力计算(标准方法)》公式计算比较发现,用曹家甡公式计算错列布置的螺旋翅片管束烟气阻力较为准确,当纵向排数较少时,用苏联《锅炉设备空气动力计算(标准方法)》中公式计算顺列布置的螺旋翅片管束烟气阻力有较高精度。
The reasons for the calculated value of flue gas resistance of heat recovery steam generator in gas- steam combined cycle lower than the operating value were analyzed in this paper. It is found that the calculation formula for resistance of circular fin tube bundles in "Aerodynamic calculation of boiler e- quipment (standard method)" in Russia is not suitable for the spiral finned tube bundle. In this paper, Cao Jiashen formula, Weierman formula, He Fajiang formula and Juca, Castro formula were compared with the calculation formula in "Aerodynamic calculation of boiler equipment (standard method)" in Russia, respectively. The results show that Cao Jiashen formula is more suitable for fuel gas resistance calculation of staggered arrangement spiral finned tube bundle. While the calculation formula in "Aerody- namic calculation of boiler equipment ( standard method) " in Russia is more suitable for fuel gas resist- ance calculation of in -line arrangement spiral finned tube bundle.
