摘要 为分析节油点火的可行性与经济性,总结了目前主要的节油点火方式,根据具体工程的煤质分析了燃料的着火特性和燃尽特性,对比了小油枪微油点火与等离子点火的经济性。结果表明,本文针对的1 000 MW机组工程适合采用节油点火,采用等离子点火比采用小油枪微油点火费用低。本文推荐采用节油点火中的等离子点火方式,以取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。同类1 000 MW机组在进行节油点火效益分析时也可以借鉴本工程。 To analyze feasibility and economy of oil saving ignition, it summarizes main oil saving ignition methods. It compares the economy of small oil gun micro oil ignition and plasma ignition, according to the specific engineering quality analysis of the fuel ignition and burnout characteristics. The result shows that the 1 000 MW unit project mentioned in this paper is suitable for using oil saving ignition, plasma ig- nition has a lower cost than small oil gun micro oil ignition. This paper recommends using the plasma ig- nition in the modes of oil saving ignition, to achieve better economic and social benefits. It can also learn from this project in oil saving ignition benefits analysis of similar 1 000 MW unit.
