摘要
蒸汽锅炉冷凝水是比较纯净的蒸馏水,其回收利用是工业锅炉节能改造的重要技术之一。本文结合公司的节能改造项目:蒸汽锅炉(WNS4-1-Y(0))冷凝水回收改造工程,对冷凝水回收利用现实需求和存在问题进行了分析,介绍了通过采用水质处理措施保证回收水质达标的方法,并进行了经济效益分析。结果表明:通过蒸汽锅炉冷凝水的回收利用,达到了锅炉节能12.31%和减少锅炉高温炉水排放产生的热污染10.43%的效果。该项技术具有良好的社会、经济和环境效益。
Condensation water of steam boiler is relatively pure distilled water, which is one of the impor- tant technologies for energy saving reconstruction of industrial boilers. In this paper, a company energy saving transformation project: steam boiler( WNS4 - 1 - Y (0)) condensation water recycling transforma- tion engineering, the realistic demand of condensed water recovery and utilization and analysis of the ex- isting problems, this paper introduces the method for treating measures to ensure the recovery of water quality standards by water, and the economics benefit is analyzed. The results show that through the steam boiler condensate recovery utilization, reached the boiler energy -saving 12.31% and reduce the effect of boiler high temperature boiler emission are generated by the thermal pollution 10.43%. The technology has good social, economic and environmental benefits.
