摘要
在有机功能材料开发过程中,单体制备技术作为前端技术一直是研究的热点。α,β,β-氟代苯乙烯作为一类重要的含氟单体,广泛应用于高级滤芯、离子交换膜、光电有机半导体等功能材料的合成开发。简要回顾了经典有机化学反应合成α,β,β-氟代苯乙烯单体的历史,并从过渡金属催化偶联反应构建碳-碳键的角度,重点论述了近年来国内外学者在α,β,β-氟代苯乙烯类单体合成技术领域的研究成果:三氟乙烯基亲核试剂与芳基卤代烃偶联反应、三氟乙烯基卤代烃或四氟乙烯与芳基金属试剂偶联反应。讨论了α,β,β-氟代苯乙烯单体合成方法在工业生产应用中所面临的一些技术挑战和解决思路。
Currently,the practical technology for efficient synthesis of valuable monomers has been regarded as the backbone for the development of organic functional materials. Among various organic monomers,α,β,β-trifluorostyrene and derivative monomers are emerged as promising candidates for the production of a wide array of organic functional materials in market,such as filter cartridge,ion exchange membrane and photovoltanic semiconductor. Herein,the recent progress on the synthesis of α,β,β-trifluorostyrene monomers was reviewed from the angles of bond-formation pathways that included classical organic synthesis and transitional-metal catalysis,particularly the cross-coupling reaction modes between the diverse trifluoroethylenyl and aryl moieties. Furthermore,the challenges on the development of industrial technologies of α,β,β-trifluorostyrenes were discussed and the corresponding proposals were presented.
