Selection Principle of High Pressure Centrifugal Fan and Use of New Technique of Alignment

针对高压离心风机普遍存在的选型不当的问题,阐述了风机选择原则和优化安装设计应注意的问题。针对以联轴器实现机组连接的风机采用传统找中方式存在的问题,介绍了利用联轴器找中调节机构实现快速找中的新技术,经实践证明是行之有效的方法之一。

In connection with common problem of improper selection of high pressure centrifugal fan, matters needing attention in fan selection principles and installation design optimization are presented. In accordance with existing problem of traditional alignment method used with fan unit, which are connected by couplings, a new technique of quick realizing in alignment using a coupling alignment regulating mechanism is introduced, and practice has proved that it is one of the effective methods.
