摘要
比较了水解解吸工艺和水解汽提工艺处理尿素工艺废液的工艺流程、操作条件等情况,并分析了各自的特点。对于采用水溶液全循环工艺的尿素生产装置,水解汽提工艺具有更好的投资和运行的经济性,具有更大的推广价值。
A comparison is made of the process flows and operation conditions of urea process wastewater treatment processes including hydrolysis desorption process and hydrolysis stripping process, and characteristics of each process are analyzed. For urea production unit with process of total recycle of aqueous solution, the hydrolysis stripping process has better investment efficiency and economical operation.
