阵发性心房颤动对患者心电及心脏结构、功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨阵发性心房颤动患者心电及心脏结构、功能改变情况。方法选取2011年4月—2012年9月在我院就诊的符合诊断及排除标准的阵发性心房颤动85例作为阵发性心房颤动组,另选取同期在我院进行健康体检的健康者70例作为健康对照组。记录比较两组一般资料、心电图QTc间期及心脏彩色多普勒超声检查左房内径(LAD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果两组性别和年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阵发性心房颤动组心房颤动发作时心电图QTc间期较健康对照组明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脏彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,阵发性心房颤动组心房颤动发作时LAD值显著高于健康对照组,LVEF值明显低于健康对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阵发性心房颤动患者心房颤动发作时心电图检查QTc间期较健康者延长,心脏彩色多普勒超声检查LAD值高于健康者,LVEF值低于健康者。
