新型抗抑郁药物引起QT间期延长的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 抑郁症是一种情感障碍性精神疾患,据世界卫生组织统计,预计到2020年抑郁症可能成为仅次于冠心病的第2大疾病。目前,抑郁症的治疗仍以药物为主。有文献报道美国1988—1994年平均每个月有2.4%的成年人服用抗抑郁药,而2007—2010年抗抑郁药物使用率增长了4倍,平均每个月有高达10.8%的成人服用抗抑郁药[1]。随着抗抑郁药的大量使用,
