摘要
采用Fenton催化氧化体系处理了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分散液生产中的COD高达8 g/L的乳液废水,探讨了Fenton氧化阶段的适宜反应条件。结果表明,当温度65℃、H2O2加入量60 kg/t废水、初始p H为2、H2O2、Fe2+的质量比为60、反应时间15 min时,处理后的废水COD小于0.8 g/L,COD平均去除率可达90%,符合污水处理厂COD小于1 g/L的纳管标准。
Adopted Fenton catalytic oxidation system for treatment emulsion wastewater from PTFE dispersion emulsion production,COD in the wastewater was as high as 8 g/L,discussed the appropriate reaction conditions of Fenton oxidation phase.Results showed that when the temperature was 65 ℃,mass ratio of H2O2 and wastewater was 60 kg/t,initial p H was 2,mass ratio of H2O2 and Fe2+was60,reaction time was 15 min,COD in treated wastewater was less than 0.8 g/L,the average COD removal rate could reach 90%,accord with nanotubes standard that COD is less than 1 g/L in wastewater treatment plant.
