分析了国内外集成电路发展现状和趋势,指出我国集成电路产业将进入快速发展阶段。针对我国配套的电子化工新材料发展现状,以及该产业的特征,提出发展我国高纯电子化工新材料的迫切性和对策建议,认为国家应进一步加强对国内有基础的企业技术创新的支持,企业要引进该产业高层次人才、同时培养自己优秀的人才队伍,通过产业重组、联合,培养若干国家级的电子化工新材料优秀企业,大力推广节能减排、低碳生产和循环利用技术,努力促进电子化工新材料行业内企业实现清洁化生产、循环化发展。
