云南省农民工市民化研究

Researches on the Urbanization of Migrant Workers in Yunnan Province

随着城镇化步伐的加快,云南省经济发展进入关键阶段,城市化发展也进入了"农民工向市民转化"这一阶段,因此研究农民工市民化是促进云南经济社会发展的要求。然而,在农民工市民化过程中,制度因素、农民工自身因素、企业因素、社会因素等因素阻碍着农民工市民化进程,本文旨在结合云南省农民工市民化现状,分析农民工市民化过程中存在的障碍因素,提出推进云南省农民工市民化的对策建议。

With the accelerated pace of the urbanization,economic development has entered a critical stage in Yunnan province,and the urbanization has entered a stage of ＂ migrant workers to citizens＂.Therefore,the economic and social development of Yunnan province requires the studies on the citizenship of migrant workers.However,institutional factors,factors of migrant workers themselves,business factors,social factors and other factors hinder the process of the citizenship of migrant workers.This paper aims to analyze the obstacles in the citizenship of migrant workers,combining the present situation of the citizenship of migrant workers in Yunnan province,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the citizenship of migrant workers in Yunnan province.
