山东影视动漫发展现状及对策研究——基于对青岛等地齐鲁文化资源优势发挥的调研与分析

The Present Situation and Countermeasure Researches on the Film,Television and Animation in Shandong Province——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the Advantages of Qilu Culture Resources in Qingdao and Other Places

在对山东青岛、烟台、淄博和济宁等地区调研后发现:齐鲁文化资源优势在山东影视动漫中发挥不充分;受众喜爱日韩和欧美动漫的同时,亦看好山东影视动漫的发展,认同齐鲁文化是其内生增长力;动漫管理部门,存在管理体制不顺等问题。对此,建议实行齐鲁文化带动战略,打造山东影视动漫精品;提高认识,加强政府管理职能,改变缺位、越位的问题,制定政策的同时应抓好落实;人才方面,在调研的基础上出台各种人才利好政策,创新动漫专业招生考试选拔举措,鼓励动漫专业培养方案中加大文化课程的比重;发挥新媒体优势,在"互联网+"背景下把山东影动漫做大做强。

The researches in Qingdao,Yantai,Zibo and Jining in Shandong province reveal that Qilu culture resources didn＇t play full roles in the film,television and animation in Shandong.The audience accept the film,television and animation of Japan,South Korea,Europe and America.They also agree that the prospects of the development of Shandong film,television and animation look good,and Qilu culture has its own inner growth capacity.There are the problems of unsmooth management system in the management department.Therefore,the proposals are to implement the driving strategy of Qilu culture and create superior products;to strengthen the administration function of the government and pay special attention to the policy making and implementation.Various policies about the talents should be made;the professional entrance examination should be innovated;and the proportion of cultural courses should be increased.The advantages of new media should be taken to promote the film,television and animation in Shandong to become bigger and stronger under the background of Internet Plus.
