党员讲奉献的要素分析及提升途径

Factor Analysis and Promoting Approach of Party Member's Devotional Spirit

无私奉献是共产党员先进性最本质的特征,是党的性质和宗旨的根本要求。理想信念的坚定性、党员需要的满足程度、党员角色意识的清晰定位以及教育和实践载体的有效性,在一定程度上成为影响党员讲奉献的重要制约因素。从内在机制来看,党员讲奉献可以划分为奉献精神的内化、奉献行为的外化、奉献结果的反馈三个阶段,分别体现出三种"心理-行为"机制的作用,即内化阶段的教育认同机制、外化阶段的"需要—动机动力"机制和反馈阶段的情感体验机制。提高党员讲奉献意识要注重加强党性教育,增强理论认同;尊重主体地位,激发角色意识;创新实践载体,抓好榜样激励。

As the most essential feature of the advanced nature of the Communist Party member,the spirit of devotion is al-so the fundamental requirement of he Party＇s nature and aim.The staunchness of political conviction,satisfaction degree of de-mands,role consciousness and effective carriers have important effect on Party members＇devotion.Based on the internal mecha-nism,the process of devotion can be divided into three stages：internalizing phases,externalizing phases and the feedback pha-ses,in which three mental-behavior mechanism work--the education-identity mechanism,the needs-motivation mecha-nism and the emotion experience mechanism.The analysis conclusion demonstrated that in order to improve the spirit of devo-tion,it is very critical to strengthen the political education,to cultivate the role Consciousness,and to offer effective carriers.
