以“四个结合”贯彻“两学一做” 推动从严治党向基层延伸

"两学一做"是国有企业推动从严治党向基层延伸的重要载体和举措,做好"两学一做"学习教育,要着力抓好"做"这个关键,着力把握经常性教育这个特点,不断夯实企业基层党建工作基础,促进企业持续健康发展。贯彻"两学一做",具体要做到"四个结合",一是以学促做,与推动企业中心工作相结合;二是抓在日常,与建立党员经常性教育体系相结合;三是对症下药,与解决企业突出问题相结合;四是夯实基础,与加强基层党组织建设相结合。

＂To study Party Constitution and the important spirit of President XI Jinping＇s series speeches and to be a quali-fied Party member＂activity is an important carrier and measure to promote the extension of managing Party strictly to the basic Party organizations.In order to do the activity successfully,we must seize the key point,that is ＂to be a qualified Party mem-ber＂,keep the features of frequent education,strengthen the base of enterprise＇s Party construction,and promote enterprise＇s sustainable and healthy development.Implementation of＂To study Party Constitution and the important spirit of President XI Jinping＇s series speeches,and to be a qualified Party member＂activity requires us to follow the＂Four combinations＂：firstly it is to promote＂to do＂ by＂to study＂,combining the activity with promotion of enterprise＇s central work;secondly it is to focus on daily work,combining with Party members＇frequent education system;thirdly it is to act appropriately to the situation,combi-ning with solution of enterprise＇s prominent problems;fourthly it is to strengthen the foundation,combining with strengthening of the basic Party organizations construction.
