"工匠精神"是企业提质增效的动力源、"中国制造"的软实力、推进供给侧结构性改革的新动能、企业打造"百年老店"的"金钥匙"。但是,近年来,由于工作标准不高、急功近利、劣币驱逐良币等原因,导致"工匠精神"严重缺失。要通过强化价值激励、创新教育培训、完善政策顶层设计、健全制度,让"工匠精神"渗透进各行各业,在全社会大力培育和弘扬"工匠精神",为实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"增活力添动力。

＂Craftsman spirit＂ is the quality and efficiency of the power source,the soft power of＂Made in China＂,the new momentum to promote supply-side structural reform,and the＂golden key＂for companies to create＂a hundred years old com-pany＂.However,in recent years,the low standard,quick success,Gresham＇s Law and other reasons have resulted in serious de-ficiencies ＂craftsman spirit＂.To value by strengthening incentives,innovation and education and training,improve the policies and top-level design and sound system,so that＂craftsman spirit＂ can creep into all walks of life and other measures to vigor-ously foster and promote the＂craftsman spirit＂ in the whole society,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation ＂China dream＂ by adding power and increasing vitality.
