在以全面依法治国为目标的法治中国建设过程中,"法治"本应渗透至国民生活的每处细节,但现实生活中的许多细节仍然充斥着"非法治",中国法治陷入细节困境。究其根源,中国传统文化以"人情+权力"为核心的社会观念的作用不容忽视。在社会主义市场经济大环境下,可以尝试通过中国传统文化中"工匠精神"的法治化、多元化延展为法治中国的建设创设一条有益路径。

In the process of governing the country according to law as the goal of the rule of law in China construction com-prehensively,＂the rule of law＂should be permeated into every detail of the national life,but many details are filled with＂illegal phenomenon＂ in real life.China＇s construction under rule of law gets into details dilemma.Investigating the root cause,Chinese traditional culture with＂human ＋ power＂as the core concept of the social role cannot be ignored.Under the background of so-cialist market economy,we can try to explore a good path for China construction under the rule of law through putting the ＂craftsman spirit＂ in Chinese traditional culture under the rule of law and extending it in diversity.
