论以五大发展新理念引领精准扶贫工作

On Taking the Targeted Measures in Poverty Alleviation with the Five Development Concepts

党的十八届五中全会上,习近平系统地阐述了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念。五大发展理念科学揭示人类社会发展的方向、代表世界发展的趋势,是符合人民群众对未来发展的热切期盼的,也是与我国经济发展新常态相适应的。五大发展理念是今后推进一切工作的指挥棒。当前正在落实的精准扶贫工作也同样离不开五大发展理念的引领。五大发展理念对精准扶贫的引领作用体现在:创新是做好精准扶贫的动力,协调是做好精准扶贫的内在要求,绿色是做好精准扶贫的底线,开放是做好精准扶贫的必由之路,共享是做好精准扶贫的价值追求。

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC,General Secretary XI Jinping sys-tematically elaborated on five development concepts,namely,innovation,coordination,green development,opening up and sha-ring.The five development concepts demonstrate the profound grasping of direction of development of human society and re-present the trend of development in the world.These concepts echo the people＇s greater expectation to future and adapt to the New Normal of China＇s economy.The five development concepts is a baton to promote all the work in a future period.Taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation currently being implemented also depends on the Five Development Concepts.The leading role of the five major development ideas on precision poverty alleviation is reflected in that the innovation is the driving force of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,coordination is the internally matters of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,green development is the baseline of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,opening up is the only way of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,and sharing is the purpose of taking targeted measures in poverty allevia-tion.
