新形势下做好国有企业执纪办案工作对策分析

执纪办案工作是国有企业纪检监察机构的一项重要职责。党的十八大以来,国有企业纪检监察案件查办工作面临着新的问题及挑战,在新形势下做好执纪办案工作意义重大。当前,国有企业执纪办案工作存在着思想认识不清、执纪力量不足、办案机制不畅、治本作用发挥不够等许多突出问题。因此,新形势下做好国有企业执纪办案工作要树立正确的执纪观念,加强执纪办案力量建设,全面搭建信息平台,健全案件监督管理机制,充分发挥办案的治本作用。

It＇s important responsibility for the discipline inspection and supervision （DIS）Institution of state-owned enter-prises （SOEs）to deal with any illegal act.Since the 18th CPC Party Congress,new problems and challenge emerged.Under new situation,it has fundamental practical significance to do discipline inspection work well.Nowadays,there are many promi-nent problems in the case inspection of SOEs.Therefore,in order to improve case investigation,the DIS Section in the SOEs should develop right perspectives,strengthen team construction,set up information platform comprehensively,establish case inspection supervision system,publicize social impact,and play an important part in building up a clean government.
