摘要
领导干部思维方式的转变是贯彻落实"五大发展理念"的关键。围绕"创新"要树立机遇思维和创新思维,围绕"协调"要树立系统思维,围绕"绿色"要树立危机思维和科学思维,围绕"开放"要树立起开放性思维,围绕"共享"要树立依民思维、民主思维、和谐思维。领导干部要在实践中掌握运用上述思维方式的要旨,以加快形成符合"五大发展理念"要求的思维方式体系。
To change the thinking mode of leaders is the key to implement the Five Concepts for Development.For the concept of innovating,it is necessary to establish the opportunity thinking and creative thinking.Around the concept of coordi-nation,it is necessary to establish systematic thinking.Around the concept of "green",it is necessary to establish the crisis thinking and scientific thinking.Around the concept of opening up,it is necessary to establish open thinking.Around the con-cept of sharing,it is necessary to establish people-oriented thinking,democratic thinking and harmonious thinking.Leaders should in practice master the use of the way of thinking to speed up the formation of thinking system of meeting the require-ments of the Five Concepts for Development.
