摘要
本文主要研究了采用无机非金属矿物粒子作为内核,表面包覆一层Ti O2制得的新型珠光填料,以期能够在装饰纸的生产中替代价格昂贵的钛白粉。并针对特殊装饰珠光纸用钛白粉技术要求,对珠光钛白粉在装饰纸上的应用性能做了一定的研究。结果表明,云母在用Ti O2包覆后,云母钛白粉白度、遮盖力与钛白粉原料接近,并具有特殊的珠光颜料性能。
In this paper, the method of coating a layer of Tit2 on the surface of inorganic non- metallic mineral particles is studied. Create new pearl for decorative paper packing, in order to re- place expensive Titanium dioxide. And according to the requirements of the special decorative paper with pearly white technology, Pearl pigment was studied in titanium dioxide in the application of decorative paper performance. The results show that mica after Tit2 coating, mica titanium dioxide whiteness, cover and titanium dioxide material close to, and has a special pearl pigment properties.
