摘要
协同办公平台是所有企业在互联网条件下,提升办公效率、提高信息传递质量、保障信息传递安全、节约成本等的最重要应用之一。分析了OA(Office Automation)与"协同办公"的区别,介绍了一种对工程公司业态具有高度适应性、平台自身具有可扩展性、可维护性的高效协同办公平台的规划建设思路,并对贯穿整个建设过程的认识论和方法论进行了简要描述。
Collaborative working platform is one of the most important applications in all enterprises under the Internet-Based environment due to its' various strengths,such as improving business efficiency,enhancing transmitted information quality,guaranteeing security and saving cost,etc.This paper analyzes the differences between 'Office Automation' and 'Collaborative Working' and introduces the concept on designing and planning of an efficient OA platform,which should be highly adaptive,expandable and maintainable,in the business format of engineering industry.Moreover,the epistemology and methodology through the whole implementation procedure is briefly described.
