摘要
以土地利用现状调查技术规程为指导 ,综合运用遥感技术和 GIS技术 ,完成了西固区土地利用现状的快速调查 ,探索出在现代技术条件下土地详查的技术流程 ,建立了西固区土地资源数据库 ,实现了西固区土地利用的动态监测 .对不同年代土地利用数据的分析结果表明 :农业用地以每年 0 .34%的速度减少 ,农业用地与建设用地矛盾突出 ;建设用地以每年 0 .6 4 %的速度上升 ,城市化进程加快 ;盐碱地面积以每年 0 .0 5 %的速度增加 ,土地盐碱化程度加大 ;
Based on the remote se nse (RS) and geography information system (GIS) technology, this paper made a rapid survey of the land use in Xigu District, which proves t o be a more efficiently timesaving method compared to traditional methods. By ex ploring the technological flow of detailed land investigation under the conditio ns of modern technology in the process of surveying, the information system of X igu land resource was built, and the dynamic monitor of land use implemented in Xigu District. Through the analysis of the land use data of different years in X igu District, the primary conclusions are as follows: the area of plantation h as been cut down at an average rate of 0.34% per year, which conflicts with the increasing of construction land; With the process of urbanization, the average increasing rate of the construction land is 0.64% per year;The increasing r ate of the soil salting 0.05%; The configuration of land use gradually transf ers to rationalization.
