摘要
依据国家标准GB 5009.17-2014,采用原子荧光光谱分析法,试样消解法选用微波消解法,采用浸泡和加热2种预消解法,对大米中的总汞进行测定,标准曲线最佳线性范围0~0.6 ng/m L,线性相关系数(r)=0.9998,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈6%,仪器检出限为0.0007 ng/m L,方法检出限为0.0023 ng/m L,2种预消解法加标回收率分别为76.7%~97.5%和70.0%~90.0%。
Based on the national standard GB 5009.17-2014,the atomic fluorescence spectrometry,sample digestion method using microwave digestion method,the total mercury in rice was determined by soaking and heating two kinds of pre-digestion method,the best linear range of standard curve 0~0.6ng/mL,linear correlation coefficient(r)=0.9998,the relative standard deviation(RSD)<6%,the instrument detection limit was 0.0007ng/mL,the detection limit was 0.0023ng/mL,the recoveries were 76.7%~97.5%and 70.0%~90.0%.
