摘要 链条炉因其结构简单,操作方便被广泛应用于化工,纺织等各大行业。但链条炉的实际运行效率远低于设计的效率。其中一个主要的原因是煤粉的不合理分布。针对此问题,设计了一种"Z"型动态筛分的链条炉煤粉分布器,该结构采用折叠搭接的形式,利用煤的下落冲击力使得筛板下的弹簧产生振动以此来达到动态筛分的效果。并通过多次的模拟试验,可以看出煤经过"Z"型筛板的筛分,不同大小的煤落入炉排顺序不同。 Grate because of its simple structure,easy operation is widely used in chemical,textile and other major industries. However,the actual efficiency is far below the grate design efficiency.One of the main reasons is the unreasonable distribution of coal. To solve this problem,a kind of“Z” Dynamic sieving chain furnace pulverized coal distributor,the structure takes the form of folded overlapping,drop impact force of the spring so that the coal sieve under vibration in order to achieve dynamic screening effect.By repeated simulation test,the coal can be seen through the“Z” type sieve sieve,dropping coal into different sizes in different order grate.
