摘要
针对核电用低合金钢药芯焊丝CHT90CK3HR2,采用改变热处理保温时间的方法对焊缝冲击性能进行了研究分析,借助金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了热处理保温时间对其熔敷金属性能及组织的影响。结果表明,在焊态下到610℃×40h热处理保温时间下,CHT90CK3HR2熔敷金属力学性能较稳定,适应性较强,其中焊态下熔敷金属综合力学性能最佳。
Nuclear power low-alloy steel flux cored wire CHT90CK3HR2,by changing the holding time of the heat treatment method on the weld impact properties were studied and analyzed by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to study the heat treatment holding time performance and its deposited metal organizational impact.The results showed that the as-welded condition to 610℃×40h heat treatment holding time,CHT90CK3HR2 mechanical properties of deposited metal melt more stable, strong adaptability,under which the welded metal deposited the best mechanical properties.
